I dont think fluxbox is very used in Windows XP Which Version of Openoffice.org? is it 2.0 or some 1.1.x? I also think that both are controlled the same way tools options Language Settings User Interface (choose language) Please reply to users@openoffice.org, which is a better place for questions like this.
