I can confirm this on OO.org 2.0 1.9.125 on Linux. Whether a page preview (or
better: Print preview) is intended in html editing mode I can't tell. Either
way, the button should do something or it shouldn't be there.
Thanks for reporting. Please file this bug in Issuezilla. Check first, whether
it has been reported already.
