Re: [Discuss-gnuradio] jackit cvs rep not accessible

2006-03-27 Thread Matteo Campanella
I mean without double sound card and external connectors... if you mean this
as well, how do you configure oss or alsa to let usrp sink to something that
is the sound source for such a program as gmsfk or drm? As far as I know
only jack can...

gr-audio-alsa and gr-audio-oss both work.

Re: [Discuss-gnuradio] jackit cvs rep not accessible

2006-03-22 Thread Matteo Campanella
I am trying to use usrp as receiver and let it work in conjunction with
let's say drm, that expects its input from a sound card. Is there any
other way to make this happen than using jack audio? I have thoroughfully
read the documentation of alsa, but I could not find any example or
reference about how to build a virtual card able to "short-circuit" the
output of an application to the input of another... any hint?

ciao
Matteo

My guess is that they have insufficient revenue to support the
infrastructure and staffing requirements.

On the source forge site status page, the indicate that projects with
names beginning with some subset of A-Z are hosed.
