Either way. But serving it up with a cfcontent instead of as an attachment 
would provide a degree of protection against redistribution (in theory) by an 
uninspired user. But if someone really wanted to get it, they will get it.

You can do that with most PDF writers too, like PrimoPDF.  No need then to 
reprocess it every time.

I think with the new CFPDF stuff that you can set the PDF to not allow saving 
or copying (among other things). If you did a cfcontent to the browser, rather 
than attaching to an email, and set it to not allow save or copy it would seem

additional thought... since you are probably sending this based on
some sort of email list why dont you use that as the url parameter.

cfcontent the file and serve it based on some sort of url code, and
code it based on each email so you can track who is actually
downloading it. The only way to block it from being forwarded would be
to only allow 1 download but, not sure if you want to do that.
