I am not sure of this, but why do you have the word debug after your
datasource name?

Because ColdFusion error messages tell me I'll get more explicit error info if I do that. In practice that proves to be true only sometimes, though in fact this is a case in which it does prove true.-Original Message-

It's when the CF error message is in a Javascript window - I haven't paid 
attention, but I suppose it must be when you're doing Ajax, since at what other 
time would CF be complaining in a Javascript window?

Could be an issue with you using host headers... if you have host headers on
you should edit your hosts file to point to localhost...
