I feel that I must express my opinion, which is shared with many other
silent members of HaMakor:
I trust EVERYBODY that has served as a member of the board so far.
All of them did their best, were honest and with integrity, had the
skills to fulfil their role, and contributed to the purposes of
HaMakor.
This includes Alon, Orna, Shachar, Gilad, Ori, Nadav, and everybody
else (not sure if Muli or others were members of the board in the past,
but this is true for them too: all of them deserve only compliments for
"Avodat-Kodesh", so please forgive me if I forgot anybody).
Maybe some of the current and past members of the board are paranoid,
maybe some could express their message in better ways, and maybe some
suffer other disadvantages, but nobody's perfect, so as far as it
didn't hurt their role, I don't see any problem with it.
My only request: please, people, argue less and do more. And this
request is directed to the members of the board (and past members) too.
I want to encourage Ploni and Almonit, but when they say nasty words on
each other, it makes it difficult, although I still insist on saying
that both of them are great and I wish they will continue to co-operate
in managing the board (together with their 3rd partner) and withdraw
their resignation(s).
And please, I wasted too much time in the last 24 hours, and I don't
have spare time; I send this message not because of too much spare
time, but in the hope that this will put an end to these needless
arguments.
