Yoram's only standards-related work that I'm aware of was on the keyboard 
layout; the committee benefitted from his knowledge of Hebrew and Biblical 
characters and their uses. I have let the committee know of his passing, if 
anyone there shares more I will share it here as well.

Besides open source, Yoram also contributed to open standards -- I met him 
when he contributed to the Hebrew Keyboard Layout standard.
