You can get a list of your own and then, notify the interested members in this 
list about the existence of the new list and continue all your discussions 
there.

I'm really glad that you're excited about Swift Linux but your marketing 
efforts are increasingly off-topic for this list. Could you please stick 
with cross-distribution issues in this forum?
