Hi Subhranath, I've been contacted by a couple of people so I'll post publicly here what I tell them :) We have a wiki page [0] on GitHub that summarizes everything. Basically everyone can suggest ideas and pick tasks, but to avoid conflicting work I'd recommend having a chat before, either on IRC (#djangopeople.net on freenode) or on the Convore group [1]. It's far easier to reach me on IRC, though.
