Comment:

 I believe the omission of these old, no longer supported versions of
 Django is intentional. If you really need them you can build them locally
 from source.

 The website gives the option to search for documentation on all the
 different versions of Django, but 1.0 and 1.1 documentation searches gives
 no results. There are also no table of results
 https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.1/contents/
