 It works for me on Android (4.1.2, Chrome 33.0.1750.132) if I clicked the
 version number. So it seems the issue is in iOS only (I didn't try it
 myself).

 At the moment it isn't possible to switch between version in the Django
 documentation on touch devices. The chooser requires a mouse hober event
 which isn't provided by the most touch devices like iOS devices.
