Re: Necessary to learn React/ Angular with backend Django

2020-01-07 Thread Karan Mittal
Hello friend,
In my opinion if it is working with current implementation you need not add
any react or angular.
Learning perspective they are good but implementation of the same in your
already working project may raise new errors.
That's my opinion, feel free to incorporate them once you have learned and
get the response to do so by your users.

Re: How to request data from an open source website such as Reddit or Github and display on the Local Django Website ?

2019-12-27 Thread Karan Mittal
hey Shaurya,
if you haven't worked with DRF then check it out. It will give you a much
better idea of API calls.
Other than that, Reddit have its own API for you want to achieve.
check out its documentation here: https://www.reddit.com/dev/api/
there is a difference between web crawling and requesting data from API.
change your approach for making your project.
also, your project is very interesting . All the best for the same.

I think he wants to use get method. Like the search page reuslts of google.
For that just make thw {%block content %} inside the title tags of your

Re: Scope of Django in india and freelancing

2019-06-16 Thread Karan Mittal
I recommend that you learn MEAN stack. if you mastered both of these, you
will become a full stack developer. I am a college student and got a
wonderful opportunity in Django from DataFlair.
When learning full stack focus on some things
1. Using AJAX in Django with jQuery
2. Using Bootstrap and maintaining static files in Django
3. Using Caching efficiently
These are some important points which I think you should give more
preference to.
You can also check my blog for Django tutorials
