How to deploy a project on apache2.2.6 and mod_wsgi

Now I want to deploy my project on apache2.2 and mode_wsgi.
But no have idea,Can you give me some suggestions?

like 'count = 0' and how to use it
{% ifequal count%4 0%}
do something
{% endifequal%}

But Do not pass.

How to do it?
