You are approaching this the wrong way. You definitely shouldn't be 
formatting HTML the way you are doing it.


Read up on Django Templates:

https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/2.2/topics/templates/

Or at least start out by following the Django tutorial:

https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/2.2/intro/tutorial01/
