Hello,

It looks like your "base.html" is in a folder which is not defined in
the "TEMPLATE_DIRS". In order to fix your problem you should add this
directory to this tuple.

You should create this base.html template.
This is not self extension.

There are more problems with win32, i.e. file paths.
