Re: [DMM] WGLC #1 for draft-ietf-dmm-mag-multihoming-01
Folks, I noticed there was a spurious update of the document before the conclusion of the WGLC. Since we are at the beginning of the WGLC anyway it does not hurt if you actually review -02 instead of -01. I'll note this in the document history timeline. The WGLC starts: 7/23/2016 ends: 8/7/2016 Please send your review comments, concerns and support to the list. Please, also make use of the Issue Tracker so that tracking down comments and their resolutions become easier. Re: [DMM] WG Adoption call for draft-wt-dmm-deployment-models-00
Without the chair hat, in general, I think this document is in good shape and support the adoption. One comment: Adding signaling flow examples for the deployment models would be useful to make the document more readable. Title : MAG Multipath Binding Option Authors : Pierrick Seite Alper Yegin Sri Gundavelli Filename: draft-ietf-dmm-mag-multihoming-02.txt Pages : 13 Date: 2016-07-25 Abstract: The document [RFC4908] proposes to rely on multiple Care-of Addresses (CoAs) capabilities of Mobile IP [RFC6275] an Network Mobility (NEMO; [RFC3963]) to enable Multihoming technology for Small-Scale Fixed Networks. In the continuation of [RFC4908], this document specifies a multiple proxy Care-of Addresses (pCoAs) extension for Proxy Mobile IPv6 [RFC5213].
