Robyn;

What I can tell you is that there is an account with the login name
rchan128 attached to the Name Robyn Chan and it is already white-listed.
The user name rchan1218 has not been created yet.
One thought that springs to mind is that you thought you created account
rchan1218 but you mistyped it on the form and it created rchan128
instead. Or you can try creating a new account with login name rchan1218
and see what happens. Though where there is an account already there
under the name Robyn Chan it may not let you.

Regards
Keith

Hi Keith,

To clarify, there is an rchan128 for me? Has the rchan1218 account been
created? If not, I will just stick to the rchan128.

Thanks,
Robyn

Robyn;
I am not sure of the efficacy doing that. I believe the only way to
delete a user is for an Administrator to do it and I am not a full admin
for Confluence. If it is just a matter of not remembering the password,
when you login there is a forgot your password link on the login screen.
If you click that it will ask for your e mail address and mail a link
for you to reset he password.

Also, I have cc'd this reply to the list In future please reply only to

this someone with greater knowledge than mine also sees it and can reply

Those are editorial decisions that would be have to be made out
collaboratively.

This gets into what qualifies as a difference that is significant enough
to mention:
# How many people realize that:
* different versions of Java behave differently. Doesn't matter if
LibO, AOo, or EU are being used;
* there are differences in LibO when using Windows, Mac OS X, Linux, and
BSD;
# User-installed extensions that alter built-in functionality, as a
side-effect of what they are supposed to do;

All that said, with the appropriate use of styles --- roughly 40 of them
--- one can visually indicate which version of which program on which OS
a specific note refers to.

>If all you are suggesting is that we just en mass move to LO I am not
as sanguine.

In theory, ODFAuthors is program agnostic.
