Errors found in PDF on first pass through:
Figure 27 (page 47) is missing.
Top of page 92: the 3) does not line up with other numbers.
Page 94, under Find toolbar: the kust numbers do not line up.
Page 100: list does not restart at 1).
Page 104, bottom: style of intro sentence ("The data ranges may
include:") should be changed to keep with next paragraph so it goes to
top of next page.
Page 120, top: For consistency in headings, change D and P on "Data
Points" to d and p.
Page 138: Under "Method Two" the 1) does not line up with other list numbers.
Page 142: The 3) does not line up with other list numbers.
Page 190: the bullet symbol for the first "Distributed" item is not
the same as all the other bullet symbols in that list.
Page 208, bottom: 6) is not in line with other numbers in the list.
Page 210, bottom: list numbers do not line up.
Page 213, bottom: list numbers do not line up.
Page 216-217, under Aligning images: list numbers do not line up.
Page 225, top: heading should probably be "More Printing Options dialog".
Page 225: list does not restart at 1.
Page 226, below Note: list item 1) does not line up with others.
Page 232: first list item 3) does not line up with others.
Page 253: Table 6 caption is not in Caption style.
Page 327, Figure 308 and its caption are missing from the PDF.
Page 334: list number 1) does not line up with others.
Page 336: Figure 317 and its caption are missing from the PDF.
Page 368 has a green symbol and a line under the figure. Need to remove.
Page 385: list numbers do not line up.
Page 403: list number 3) does not line up.
Page 421: list does not restart at 1. List numbers do not line up.
Page 427: Figure 432 is missing in PDF
Page 428:: The paragraph at the bottom should probably be in Numbered
List style and have a number.
Page 432-433: list numbers do not line up.
Page 435: list numbers before and after Fig 443 do not line up.
Page 450-451, 458-459, 465, 469: several figures (and captions) are
missing in PDF.
Pages 471-489 are blank in PDF, except for footers.
Page 490-491: Indentation of paragraphs, and space between Definition
term and first paragraph, are inconsistent.
Page 530: list numbers do not line up.

Recommendations (not actually errors):
Page 107: I recommend moving some text from next 2 pages (paragraph at
bottom of p 108 and Tip, paragraph, and Note at top of page 109) to
the bottom of this page, to avoid the big blank space.
Page 150-151: I recommend moving steps 3) and 4) from page 151 to page
150. If you do that, make some of the list items at the top of page
152 "keep with next" .
Page 189, bottom: make first bullet point under Alignment tab "keep
with next" to move to next page.
Page 267, bottom: make paragraph "do no break" so it moves to the next page.
Page 387: move steps 7,8,9 (and Note) to page 386.
Page 424: move steps from bottom of page to page 423, to avoid large
blank space.
Page 520: start macOS keyboard shortcuts on next page, so it's easier
for someone to print out if they want the list. Also, delete the H3
repeat of the heading that's in the H2 just above.

Felipe,
I will take a look. I almost always find problems in the compiled
version that everyone else missed.

Just uploaded CG7012-Macros in the Published folder.

Thanks again for the effort, all of your suggestions were incorporated,
including the new Note paragraph.

Steve:
Regarding Olivier's contribution to the chapter, I was able to understand
everything that was explained, so I did not make any major suggestions. The
only thing I did was adding a link to the Macro help page on the end (the
previous link points straight to VBASupport Statement).

About the Calc Guide:
Just uploaded a first version of the compiled Calc Guide on the feedback
folder based. There are three versions: .odm, .odt, and .pdf.
I'm still working on it, but I put there in case anyone wants to take a
look and give some comments before the final version.

Olivier:
The cover images on the .odm file were very heavy on my computer, so I
exported them to .png and re-inserted them back, but I don if this is the
right way to manage this, is there any suggestion?
