I have ad blockers but they been a part of Firefox for many months, I will try turning them off when it comes to the next payment. No idea about Javascript, certain don't see anything up front, maybe something in the background. One of them is Nationwide Online banking web site I am making payment to the web site (company) that I am actually one (e.g paying Nationwide) The problem you mentioned in your first post is the same issue I have, except mine used to work in Firefox but now fails, but Google Chrome worked perfectly.
