Outskirts of Bournemouth conurbation can be easier to drive to from the rest of Dorset. Bus access a plus. Free wifi, with a decent signal. I didn't include alcohol. :-) I'd be happy without so if there's a conference room at work we could use after hours, along with the office's parking, a community hall, etc., that you know of, suggest it. We'd want to be able to bring soft drinks though.
