Functional Experience 2+ years in QA
Reviewing of business requirement, design documentation for completeness and
testability
Test Case Management Creating and executing test cases with or without
business requirements/design docs
Defect Management: Entering defects to completion
Risk Management: Understanding of test and quality environments. Supportive
of CM process
Ability to write test progress / status reports
*Technical & Testing Requirements**:*
Proficient in using Quality Center 9.0 -10.0
Proactive attitude in working with BSA's, Customers and PM's and educating
them on Quality Assurance Policies and Procedures
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
Able to develop test plans (Agile & SDLC), test cases and completion reports
during test planning, execution and closing processes.
Risk Management: Demonstrated ability to shape risk based testing
approaches/plans
Know the difference between Unit, Integration, System, End to End,
Performance, Stress & Load Testing on a system
Have testing automation experience with Quick Test Pro (Web Based
Applications) or Load Runner (Client/Server & Web Based)
MUST HAVE VB.Scripting experience
Have back-end testing experience with mortgage db (ORACLE / SQL / PL SQL )
using a SQL Client (TOAD, SQL Server etc.)
COF Experience desired but not required

practices for testing
Have experience dealing with 3rd party vendor's to coordinate testing
Strong SDLC and Agile testing skills and understands the following terms:
Scrum, Retrospective, Backlogs, and Sprints etc.
MSP is a huge plus
