[Dovecot] Namespace Prefix Tutorial?

good tutorial page that explains what it is and how to use it.

 namespace is. I'm having a hard time grasping the overall concept.

I went there and maybe I'm just stupid. I don't understand what a prefix 
is. I'm trying to grasp the whole process.
