After removing one of them and setting up Squirrelmail the same way as thunderbird (Trash instead of INBOX.Trash in Squirrelmail, no Prefix in Thunderbird) everything seems to work fine... Stonki

[Dovecot] Thunderbird and Trash folder
Hello, I have my problems with the Trash folder in thunderbird. Most of the times (it did work, but only for a short period) Thunderbird is not considering the "Trash" folder (or in my case the "Papierkorb") as the trash folder. The symbol disappears and I am not able to delete folders. Deleted emails are disappearing at all. The usual Google solutions like maildir vs. mbox doesn't help a lot, I am using maildir and the directory structure looks fine. I noticed that I have two trash folders, one with "INBOX.", one without. That may be a problem with Squirrelmail, because I am using both Thunderbird and Squirrelmail.
