[Dovecot] Unable to view all folders

Dear All,
  I have upgraded dovecot to v2.0.11 and now having one
issue, i am unable to see all my folders only Inbox and Trash are
visible while autocreate creating 5 more folders. What could be the
issue checked via telnet as well.
