dovecot-auth successfully figures out that the user doesn't exist.

Try manually running:

/usr/local/libexec/dovecot/deliver -n -e -d blabla
echo $?

What does the echo print? If it prints 67, the problem isn't deliver but
qmail.

if there is "no mailbox here by that name", then you should reject at
smtp time (in your MTA: postfix, sendmail, whatever).

do not bounce after accepting mail. Search for "backscatter" to learn more.
