I know that this is an obvious one for the UK so someone has almost certainly done this but I find this shortcut really useful bbc|http://www.bbc.co.uk/%s|BBC web sites It links to the BBC web site and puts the argument as the part of the BBC to go to. Since their site is great at internal redirection you can get away with typing in anything obvious and it finds the right area.
