I made a few improvements to my online search disabling/enabling utility:

1. The dqsd install directory can be specified if it is different from the
default location.

2. The <search>.xml_disabled files aren't deleted if the <search>.xml
doesn't exist.   Previously if the generated batch file was executed more
than once, the previously disabled searches would be removed even though an
enabled version of the search didn't exist.

3. The utility will now allow the user to enable previously disabled
searches without re-acquiring the xml files.

4. I fixed a bug in the pattern matching regex where embedded xml files were
being detected in longer xml filenames..  for example, I was finding faq.xml
in gfaq.xml.
