Re: [Drakelist] TR7 Drift
That document shows how to build buffer amplifiers so you can install a DAFC in a TR7 and an RV7 at the same time. I provided Conny's web page translated because it has contact information in case someone wanted to buy a DAFC from him. If you email him he will tell you the current price and he even takes Paypal. 73, Joe KC9LAD At 03:10 PM 1/3/2011, you wrote: Won't this English document work just as well? http://www.dl7maj.de/DAFC-deLuxe_en.pdf From: Joe Pyles epy...@indy.rr.com To: drakelist@zerobeat.net Date: 1/1/2011 6:14 PM Subject:Re: [Drakelist] TR7 Drift I have 2 TR7As both with Conny's DAFCs in them and you can turn them on cold and immediately begin talking and they don't drift. [Drakelist] Thanks and Inquiry
Hi All, First, I want to thank all who gave me advice on 6 meter equipment, particularly AM stuff. I think the TR6 is probably out of my price range but wonder if anyone on the list has any other 6 meter equipment in good working condition which doesn't require an arm and a leg? I would particularly be interested in any of the Drake transmit and receive converters which would work with my C line twins. Or, one ham locally recommended a Gonset G-50. I would also be interested in the Communicator series, especially if you had a small amplifier that might get me thirty watts or so out to the antenna. I thank you all for your time and for reading this. Very 73. Kevin :) Amateur Radio: K7RX ___ Drakelist mailing list Drakelist@zerobeat.net http://mailman.zerobeat.net/mailman/listinfo/drakelist
