History recycled. Take a look at any Oxygen GMX2000 some day, that takes
the same approach on card but in silicon using a Glint Gamma to
partition work between two Delta rendering chips.

Does show the need to handle multihead properly - particularly as one
configuration of such cards is driving the 4 inputs of a 300dpi
3200x2400 display.
