latest 2.2.x kernel has the /lib/modules/$(uname -r)/build thing.

It works for me when I append /include .

So I see..  I left 2.2.x a couple versions ago for USB that didn't panic
the kernel every so often.  ;)  In that case, it should be used (and now
is used, so it's a moot point..)
