Re: [dspace-tech] Re: general_jspui_error

2019-08-23 Thread Freddy Guerrero
Hi José

This error occurred when I updated to version 6.3, at that time I could not
solve the problem and I had to return to version 6.2, I think it is still
very useful what you tell me and I will perform the tests.

Hello Claudia

Thanks for your help, run the script and I left the items that were not
licensed, then one by one I added the license, and actually the license
file was generated. I run the script again and the same items keep coming
up, should I run something else?

Regards,

Freddy

[dspace-tech] Re: Browse by Title issue

2018-10-04 Thread Freddy Guerrero
Hi,

DSpace v6.3, JSPUI.

In the search by author, when selecting a letter for example M, it shows
the results but the operating error occurs when putting "next", it takes
you back to the letter A.

Is this a known issue? Is there any kind of fix/patch or workaround
available?

Please can you help me with this query? We deleted a record by mistake and

1.- Can I recover a deleted record?
2.- The message that I have is of invalid Identifier (

3.- If the record can not be recovered, how can I use the identifier again
(10469/8086)?

[dspace-tech] Re: general_jspui_error

2018-09-26 Thread Freddy Guerrero
I found the error, this record has a damaged file (Image attaches). The
image was not generated (Thumbnail), this causes that the collection to
which it belongs doesn't open (deleting this file fixes the problem). I
have several cases of this type. Does someone has an idea of how to locate
this type of records with corrupted files?

2018-09-26 Thread Freddy Guerrero
Stuart

Thank you for answering. What happened was that this item was deleted by
accident, do you know if I can get it back somehow?

Regards,

Freddy

[dspace-tech] Export an item without losing its statistics

2018-09-26 Thread Freddy Guerrero
Hello with everyone

Please can you help me with this query: How do I export an item but without
losing its statistics? This is because it has many downloads and the author
requires us to keep the statistics.

http://67.192.84.248:8080/handle/10469/8680/statistics

Then I need to import it to my repository

Fred

Re: [dspace-tech] general_jspui_error

2018-09-25 Thread Freddy Guerrero
Hi Tim

It happens that a collection was not opened, reviewing the items I found
that I had a file on that item that was corrupt, delete the file and the
collection was already displayed. Then I have two questions:

1.- How can I detect corrupt files in other items?
2.- I have configured in my local.cfg file like this:
assetstore.dir = ${dspace.dir}/assetstore
assetstore.dir.1 = ${dspace.dir}/assetstore2

What change should I make in the file:

 DSPACE/config/spring/api/bitstore.xml

Please help

Freddy
