Dear Sir / Madam, I have installed Dspace7.6.1 on Windows Server, however when i try to launch i get the error: "500 Service Unavailable. The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. " Can somebody help to resolve it. Will be grateful.
