Yes, the data provider has changed their terms due to some newly approved
Californian privacy law taking effect immediately.
You need to register and set up downloading the data outside of DSpace. A
patch for DSpace will be included in the next update, but you still need to
register.

[dspace-tech] GeoLite Database File Connot be downloaded

I am running ant fresh_install and I am unable to download geolite database
file.
Am getting the below error. I am also unable to download the file manually.
Are the geolite services down or there is something else I need to do?
