Hello, Unfortunately, at this time, you can only turn off the entire mail server, and not individual notifications. If you want DSpace to no longer send any emails, you can uncomment this configuration (in dspace.cfg or local.cfg) and set it to "true" mail.server.disabled = false Here's where it exists in the dspace.cfg file: https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/dspace-6_x/dspace/config/dspace.cfg#L163 Disabling an individual notification like that "Submission Approved and Archived" email would require changing the Java code in DSpace.
