It may be that you need to give more detail regarding your problem. A 
copy of the error as displayed by the UI is seldom enough.

Adding to what Sean mentioned, I'd also recommend this guide towards 
troubleshooting an error message that you see.  You should check your 
logs for more information (see the guide), and even search our lists to 
see if it's a common error that others have received:
