Hello Rahul,
file is stored in bitstream form in [dspace]/assetstore n original format
will be placed at [dspace]/uploads. main data storage is assetstore folder
the person who has a submitters right, he can upload the file n the preson
who has a right to read can access that file. uploader is online or offline
doesnt matter.
