Re: [Dspace-tech] DSpace crashes during the file upload process
The "Internal Server Error" message is just an indication that you should look at the error in logs. Re: [Dspace-tech] DSpace crashes during the file upload process
Sorry that I didn't describe it correctly. Our DSpace instance didn't crash during the file upload process but gave us "Internal Server Error" message at the stage of file upload or "I grant the license". Each time we have to log out and back in to continue the file upload process. If we waited some time during these two stages (that is, not clicking the "Next" button immediately), it seems OK. But that slows down our operation. Any clue to resolve this issue? Thanks, Shixing --- Shixing Wen Head of Technical Services Kathryn A. [Dspace-tech] DSpace crashes during the file upload process
DSpace 4.1 jspui Our DSpace instance crashes quite often during the file upload process. It happens most at the stage of file upload but it also occurs at the stage of "I grant the license".
