Check 'dspace\config\news-xmlui.xml' if it isn't there it may be in 
'dspace\webapps\xmlui\i18n\messages.xml'.

I can't remember which, but I believe all the references to 'DSpace' in the web 
pages are in those 2 files.  We called our repository "CENTRALspace" so I had 
to replace DSpace wherever it existed.

Those paths are the post-install paths, not src-package paths.
