It should be easy for new admins to follow. It is based on open systems though, no proprietary system support at all. Hi Nicholas, I'm afraid that being an administrator is an inherently technical task. If you need more help, you can either ask a specific question you need help with here, one at a time. For more complex ecucation, you can contact your local dspace user group. If you only want to take care of content and leave the administration up to someone else, there are plenty of companies who will take care of that for you, most prominently these [1].
