[DSTAR_DIGITAL] Amphenol N connectors
Hello all: I'm new to the ID-1 and am setting up a mobile antenna for field day type activities. My antenna is a Comet GP-95 and I want to to use LMR-400 coax. What is the correct Amphenol connector? I usually use Mouser... Thanks, Gene NA0G

Times microwave crimp on. The center conductor is a bit bigger than standard N. -- John D. Re: [DSTAR_DIGITAL] Amphenol N connectors
For LMR 400 or any other 8214 type cable, the Amphenol part number is 082-202-1006. List price on the TESSCO website is $12.15 each. RF Industries or Times are fine choices, also. Just make sure you are buying the 8214/9913/LMR 400 version and not the RG 8 version. Hi, Gene: 82-202-1006 for clamp style 82-340-1052 for crimp style Put a 523- on the front of the Amphenol part number to get the Mouser part number.
