next to sharjah cement factory it is a well constructed camp with ample
parking the other details are as per below:****

Size of the rooms 17 sq mtrs each in the 4 blocks 25 sq meters rooms
with attachéd bath rooms 5 number behind the shops )****
· No of shops 12 311 sqfts each****
· No kitchen 3****
· No of bathrooms 28+28 (16 in each blocks 5 attached to rooms
behind shop 3 spare ) additional 7 bathrooms in the 12 shops****
· No dining rooms 3****
· No of parking big parking in front of the shops and in open area
in compound ****
· Electricity permission cable already there . We can get the
current going in 15 days time form confirmation.
