Dear All Fellow property consultant and Agent At the outset, we all are aware that most of the projects which are under construction or yet to commence are on a complete standstill. There has been no movement and if there is any, it has been at a very slow pace. As a responsible professional property consultant, we have certain Social obligations toward our investor community who has invested through us or we know who has invested in Dubai’s Real Estate Market. We all know that these investors have their huge fund blocked with the Developers in Dubai and these developers are not refunding the money back to any of the investors. To be honest, if we want to market a turn back and sustain for us in the Business, we will have come together and see how we can help them and get their fund out. This way, we will also help the investors to get back their confidence and just imagine the amount of money that will come back to in the industry this will surely help all of us too. Government / DLD / RERA are trying their best to streamline the industry, what are we doing for our industry we can’t just sit and keep mailing (property for sell). Who will buy, if there is no confidence and money in the market. Recently I have come across a great group called Dubai investors group. ( http://groups.google.com/group/dubai-property-investors ) They have some very active members who are actively working on to get the investment out of the developers for the investors/ then self We should take an active step by informing the investors to join this group and be a part of the forum. Respected All Any idea regards the project by ACI - Wings of Arabia in Dubai land. Project was supposed to start long back and was to handed over during 09 yet nothing has been started at time when you try contact their office you don't get any one to give the proper information i have a investor who had already paid 60 % of payment purchased during end 07 now they say you don't have pay we will inform you when the construction starts i came to know that land is yet not handed over to them by master developers is it true please help .. give a lead or group / forum.
