Moi! Luulen, että Mukan jutuista voisimme parhaita paloja julkaista Radiomaailmassa (ainakin ensin ne, jotka DX-aajassa on jo aikoinaan julkaistu), lupa pitää joltakin taholta tietenkin kysyä muualla julkaistuista DX-aiheisista runoista tai esseistä. Eivätkä ne tähän jää. Matti Inkisellä on Radio Moskova-piisi ja sitten monet ulkomaalaiset! En muista, onko Olli Jalosta haastateltu lehteemme? HML voisi hoitaa? Mitenkäs jos Heikki Saloa yrittäisi. Sorsakoskesta olikin haastattelu. Juttelin kerran M.A.Nummisen kanssa Dx-kuuntelusta. Ensimmäinen spostini ei sitten saanut vastausta mutta ehkä olisi yritettävä vielä. MAn ohjelmatoimisto on Tapio Korjus/Rockadillo, dx-kuuntelija hänkin. Ja sitten oisi vielä kyntämätön sarka. Ulkomaisen radiokuuntelun vaikutus suomalaiseen pop/rockmusiikkiin. Mistä piisit keikkaohjelmistoon. Raittinen, Topmost, Creatures, Jyväskylän bändit... Tai vielä vanhemmat: BBC, suomalainen jazz Naapurin mummo tuossa juuri kertoi että tanssittiin sota-aikana pirtissä kuunnellen Motalaa. RHC has its wires crossed feeding both Spanish and English into this transmitter, as the Spanish is // 6120 but a reverb apart, synchronized with 5040. The other English frequencies, 6010, 6060 and 6150, do not have this problem. Ironically, subject of the Spanish was interviewing someone in Quito about the early history of RHC, as Arnie stix to his horrible decision to usurp HCJB`s only frequency 6050 (tho at the moment they are in overnight 3.4-hour break). 13740, CRI 1400 relay `open` carrier Jan 5 at 1356 really surrounded by squeal bothering VOA Spanish 13750. 13680 et al., Tony was finishing RHC frequency announcement Jan 5 at 1358; need to catch the whole thing, to hear whether he still thinx they are on 15390 and any other errors. 15230, Jan 5 at 1401, RHC mixing about equally with CRI English via Sackville making 3 Hz SAH, during degraded northern reception; normally CRI is way atop; anyhow, Commies vs Commies! I had snagged Singapore`s 15-minute broadcast, 100 kW at 13 degrees, thus also USward and audible adjacent to Cuba 6140 (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST) ** U S A. 4050-, Jan 5 at 0611 country music, S9+12 vs. noise level of S9+8 when tuned aside to clear frequency. So no doubt it is the third harmonic of the Washington, Missouri station. Better signal than last recent log, probably on fundamental day power 500 watts rather than night power of 84 watts, and only a fraxion of either could be radiating on 4050. This is the one English program on WRMI that Cuba might justify jamming, yet they do so to countless others indiscriminately. Bolivia, 6134.732, Radio Santa Cruz, 2310-2320, Noted a weak signal here with a male in Spanish language comments. Although the signal is weak, with a fair amount of tweeking, it can be cleaned up to be pretty clearly heard. That didn't last long when the signal began to fade and around 2320 and music was presented.Still into music at 2336, but signal very poor. (Chuck Bolland, January 5, 2011) Peru, 6019.262, Radio Victoria, 2339-2350, It sounds like Victoria is not broadcasting at this time eventhough their carriere is quite strong because there is no audio being heard. It's possible that there's a broadcast of something going on now, but I can't hear it.
