Ei se ole helppoa tuolla Kukkolankosken rannallakaan. Kun antennit on etelään niin tulee kaikki asemat sekä Ruotsin että Suomen puolelta pitkin Pohjanlahden rantaa ja taas takakeilalla kaikki jokivarren pikkuiset alilähettimet molemmin puolin jokea. Lasse onkin laittanut tästä johtuen ison Körnerin jolla etu-takasuhde saadaan paremmaksi. Itse antenni on sitten noin 15 metrissä eli horisontti näkyy joka suunnasta. Huippuvuorten kuuluminen vaatii Auroraa. Nuo neljä taajuutta ovat vapaita, vaikkakin pikkuisen tiukkoja eli vieressä on juuri pohjoisen suunnan SR/YLE alilähettimiä. Kyllä uskon että saan ne itsekin kuulumaan sopivissa olosuhteissa Tornion QTH:ssani. Viime yönä Lasse kuuli sitten vielä pari uutta Huippuvuoret taajuutta eli 95.5 ja 101.7!! Elävästi muistan etenkin taajuuden 15070 kHz hulppeaa kuuluvuutta Suomessa aina viikonlopun aamuisin. Vietin lukemattomia aamuja mukavan musiikin parissa 1990-luvun lopussa ja 2000-luvun alussa. 19 mb skippi Hollannista oli erinomainen Pohjois-Suomeen. En tunne Alfredia kovinkaan hyvin, mutta raportteja ja tekstiviestejä tuli läheteltyä. Piraattiasemien vetäjiin tullee käytännössä läheisempi suhde kuin laillisten asemien henkilöstöön.
