I am not receiving 425 bulletins to my E-mail as well, but thanks to JA 
guys, who seem to have their own sources HI, I download them from 
http://www.jdxn.net/dx/ 
 
every weekend and send to my own E-mail where they are kept.

Since old bulletins are gone from above link, if there is an interest I 
can send them to the list or put as .TXT file on my WEB Page.

They have serious problem with the server, because of the huge 
amount of the subscribers.
