Title: Message Good evening! Vlad has been on an Africa trip for a couple of years, been home during this time only a few days for a Christmas celebration. He will QSL when he gets back to Russia, but he says he will visit some more African countries before. Right now he is active as D20VB from Angola. The cards for his 2002 and 2003 trips to Central America and Pacific have been received here long ago. We have to be patient for 2005 and 2006 QSO's, but I don't know if someone is opening the envelopes now - I hope he knows about the expire date of the IRC's... I've had many QSLs replied to by Vlad via direct (with IRC) and by the bureau. Sometimes takes a while but they come back.
