I saw that packetcluster spot and I thought it was referring to "P5 
Broadcast" (i.e. North Korean shortwave station).  I could be wrong.

Some bright-spark's trying to say it's a North Korean Broadcast (P5 
B'cast) on a given frequency. So everybody's alarms go off cuz this 
in-duh-vidual thinks he's being cute on the cluster.

Stands for North Korean Broadcast.

Not ham, though I gather it's an intruder.  Probably tripping
everyone's alarms though; VR2 someone has been spotting "P5BCST"
daily.
