The reason I'm asking is that I don't see any ARRL DX bulletins there
since this date:

I'm trying to figure out if something is wrong on my end. I haven't
seen today's bulletin (ARLD046) on the reflector either, or in my
personal mailbox, however, it did get sent to two other reflectors, so
I know it arrived.
