It's not too difficult to find maps with DXCC country prefixes and/or CQ Zones. However, ICOM publishes a fairly unique fold-up map with CQ Zones on one side and ITU Zones on the other. Very useful - especially for the IARU contest! The map also shows local time vs UTC, including quarter and half-hour deviations.
