Hi Dave,

Happy that you have received 5H3RK's Dar es Salaam address. I have received 
a QSL from him for each band/mode worked promptly.

The word "inconnu" is actually French. In essence it means the addressee is 
unknown.

Now I can find no record of activity from 5H3RK for 2001;  last listed
activity on DX Summit and elsewhere is 1999. Was he the real thing or the
real Slim?
